It’s the bat that hung on to the space shuttle as it blasted into orbit. Poor guy had a busted wing/shoulder, but talk about a sweet way to go out.

I guess it’s not fair but I saw this news story on CNN this morning. There is no way that that bat is making it to outer space on the spaceship it’s holding on to.
I didn’t really guess the pic so I’m not expecting a prize but its cool enough knowing that one of the members of the Neptunes crew is reading this comment.
The agency believes the bat stayed clunged to the shuttle and died while on the shuttle…pretty strange it’s the first time a bat ever stayed clunged to a shuttle, they usually just fly away before take-off…

It’s a bat that ventured out of his cave to find some food and he got lost in the desert and then you saw him crawling through the sand and you felt bad for him so you gave him some ice cream. What you didn’t know at the time was that this particular bat was allergic to ice cream and he promptly died. Then you took this picture, buried him, and left him a BBC Deep Space Tie (Charcoal) for the afterlife.
