I would like to encourage all who frequent this site, to get out into your community this year and Volunteer…It’s Big! It’s Rewarding! It Feels Good!
I Volunteer for all sorts of organizations, but this December 09, I volunteered at the East Vally Food Pantry, every week. We handed out food to over 200 families. One young lady cried, she had not eaten for two days.So to go home with 3 bags of groceries was definitely a Blessing.
It’s sad we are living in a time where some have to choose between paying rent for shelter, or having a meal.
I absolutely emplore with everyone, to donate money to good causes, but as well donate your time. Just make a pledge to volunteer one day this year, it will make a difference.
