OK, so we’re at a photo shoot for Paper Magazine yesterday in NYC and a conversation started about Herschel Walker.  Apparently, he wakes up in the morning and does about 1000 sit-ups and 2000 push-ups and only eats 1 meal a day.  Shae somehow felt that he could do 1000 push-ups in less than 45 minutes.  Hit the jump for more pictures and to find out the whole story!  BTW, Pharrell & Phillip were the only 2 who believed he could do it.
