Panasonic GX1
“16MP “Live MOS” unit which shoots at up to ISO 12,800. The GX1 also adds a touch-screen for tap to focus (great for rack-focusing in video) and also tap-to-take-a-photo. Video is shot at 1920 x 1080 (at 60fps) in AVCHD format, and Panasonic has added a bunch of in-camera effects to Instagrammize your photos. $600, ships in December.”

RE-35 – Digital Cartidge Concept
This is a dream come through for everyone who has old film cameras laying around. The RE-35 cartridge loads like a roll of 35MM film but actually transfers the images to digital format. It’s just a concept for now but this could be big! Only drawback is you don’t get a nice LCD screen to let you know whether or not your photo is worth a damn.Hit the jump for a better look at how this will work.
