Mercedes House
Nice design. Besides being a residential building, it will also house the new Manhattan Mercedes dealership, a health club, food market, commercial storage and a new horse stables for the NYPD. Hope they work out how to keep that smell out of the building but on a positive side, they can use some fertilizer for all that grass. Designed by Ten Arquitectos.
