| Due to these items being very limited, we do not take returns for
refunds/credit or exchange. All sales are final. Please make sure
that before you finalize your purchase you have selected the correct
size and color of your items. |

| Do you take American Express? |
| YES, we do! But if you use American Express, your billing address and shipping address MUST match exactly. |

| What does "Tokyo Store Exclusive" mean? |
| Tokyo Store Exclusives are only available in our Tokyo store or on our web site. |

| Do you ship to my country? |
| We currently only ship to US addresses. |

| Can my shipping address and billing
address be different? |
If you would like to have your order shipped to an address other
than your card's billing address, you will be required to fax BBC
Ice Cream a copy of the credit card and a copy of the card holder's
State issued photo ID with a letter from the card holder giving
BBC Ice Cream permission to ship to the alternative address. Our
fax # is (212) 625-8424.
Once you have your credit card info on file with us, you will
not have to go through this every time you order, with subsequent
orders you can put "credit card on file" in the comments
of your order and we will process without delay.
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience but due to high
levels of credit card fraud we must take this step to protect our
customers and BBC Ice Cream. |

| When can I expect my order to ship? |
All orders placed before 3PM EST will go out that same day.
Orders placed after 3PM EST will go out the following day. If you
chose 2 day air or 3 day select, those are business days and do
not include weekends or holidays. |
