This is a notice to inform you that our Customer Service will not be available tomorrow, Monday, January 21, 2013. We will resume regular customer service hours on Tuesday at 10 am (Eastern time), and will continue answering your emails and phone calls at that time.

Please note that UPS will not be picking up any packages on Monday as well. If you have ordered an express package, it will be picked up by UPS on Tuesday afternoon. Please call us at 212-625-8400 on Tuesday if you have any additional inquiries or concerns.

BBC Holiday Hours

The holiday season is upon us! For your convenience, we have extended our Flagship hours until New Year’s.

Please note the hours below for the Flagship located at 456 West Broadway in New York (between Prince and Houston). The Flagship is accessible by the subway such as the N, R to Prince Street, and C, E to Spring Street.

Our Webstore and Customer Service Department will have normal hours Monday to Friday 10-6pm, however on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, they will close early at 2 pm (emails and phone calls received after that time on those days will be returned on December 26th and January 2nd). We would like to let you know that our Office and Flagship Store, both located in downtown Manhattan, has been without power since Sunday night. Billionaire Boys Club will reopen for business and start shipping Web Orders as soon as possible; thank you for your patience in this long wait.

Annual BBC Pumpkin Carving Contest

It's that time of year: time for our Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest! To enter, simply carve a pumpkin in the theme of Billionaire Boys Club or Pharrell. Take a Hi Res picture and send it to us here. The deadline is on Halloween, October 31st, 2012.

The Grand Prize winner will receive a $300 Gift Certificate at Billionaire Boys Club, while the Second Place winner will receive a signed copy of Pharrell's Places and Spaces I've Been book.

BOOK SIGNING

Pharrell is releasing a coffee table book called Pharrell: Places and Spaces I've Been. Available in four colors: blue, pink, teal, and a limited-edition white which includes a Terry Richardson tee shirt, the book chronicles Pharrell's candid conversations with friends such as Jay-Z, Anna Wintour, Zaha Hadid, and Kanye West.

Places and Spaces also documents Pharrell's works from music to product design. Due out at the end of this month, he will be heading to various cities for book signing events. Keep in mind that you must purchase a book from the boutique that hosts the event to participate in the book signing. Stay tuned for more places!

MEMORANDUM:

This is a memorandum regarding the BBC T-Shirts. As we are adding new BBC T-Shirts to the website, the location of the sale BBC T-Shirts has been modified.

They will no longer be from the fourth row and downward on the BBC T-Shirt page. Instead, they will start from the BBC Crewneck Undershirt; all of the items on the right side or downward from the undershirt will be eligible for the sale.

The flier that we have sent out earlier still reflects the details of the sale, however the location of the on-sale BBC Tees on the BBC T-Shirt Page has been changed, as we are adding more merchandise to the page. On-sale BBC Tees will have the sale price displayed on the Item page and will also be labeled as the Summer 11 or Fall 11 Season. The discount applied will be shown in the Shopping Cart.

This is a friendly reminder that our Billionaire Boys Club and ICECREAM sales are still in effect! We have decided to extend the sale and have displayed the discount price right on the item page-- no coupon codes are needed!

Here is a breakdown of the eligible items for each sale.

35% Discount: This applies to select items within BBC T-Shirts, BBC Sweatshirts, ICECREAM T-Shirts, and ICECREAM Sweatshirts. This discount applies to most items from the Fall 11 Season.

50% Discount: This applies to select items within BBC T-Shirts and ICECREAM T-Shirts, usually from the Summer 11 Season. Select items from ICECREAM are also eligible for this discount. All items in Bee Line and BGC items are eligible for this sale.

Discount prices are shown on the item pages-- no coupon codes needed! When a sale item is added to the shopping cart, the shopping cart will reflect the original price and the discount right next to it, to display the sale.

If an item is eligible for a discount, the sale price will be displayed on the item page and in the shopping cart. Not all items are eligible for sale. Each sale applies to different items; you cannot combine both discounts of 35% and 50% for a single item. The website will not allow you to do so, nor will we apply both discounts to one item.
