Shipping & Returns Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
- Orders may be shipped with multiple carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may include up-charges for heavy or bulky items, depending on destination.
- Orders take approximately 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
BILLIONAIRE BOYS CLUB HAS A STRICT RETURN POLICY.
- All items purchased during a markdown sale or at a discount are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges - no exceptions.
- Billionaire Boys Club does offer price adjustments for prior purchases from its website or store locations.
- At this time, we are unable to accept returns for magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, software, or flammable liquids or gases. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit; we highly suggest that you use a courier with a trackable shipping service.
- Any purchase from Billionaire Boys Club or ICECREAM Exclusive collections or collaborations are final sale without exception. Purchases from third-party brands including, but not limited to, Human Made, Neighborhood, WTAPS, adidas, Reebok, Comme des Garcons, Comme des Garcons PLAY, MEDICOM, Rizzoli, and Bee Line x Timberland are final sale.
- At this time we are not offering any returns or exchanges on international orders shipped to addresses or locations outside of our region (USA).
- Full price items purchased from Billionaire Boys Club USA or Icecream USA are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of purchase. We will only accept items (unless otherwise noted) for store credit within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging and with original tags still attached. All shipping charges for exchanges or store credit are to be covered by the customer. Once the item has been returned to us and processed, you will receive your store credit via email. Store credits are valid for use at our NYC + Miami Flagship stores and online at www.bbcicecream.com.
